The only film starring Marlon Brando and Jack Nicholson (?)[edit]

If so, I think it's worth mentioning. Agreed? Thanks Kvsh5 (talk) 08:54, 19 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think it is worth mentioning. There are thousands of movies that are the only ones staring actors X and Y. Bubba73 (talk), 04:56, 25 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1859 Creedmoor Rifle?[edit]

Not sure what an "1859 Creedmoor" rifle is, since the NRA purchased (1872) and named the property where their first rifle range/firing competitions took place in 1874-76, (closed by 1892). In modern times, some refer to a Creedmore "style" 1874 Sharps rifle, as one with embellishments for fancy shooting, such as heavy stocks, pistol grip, set triggers and target sights (front and tang); (Brando's rifle sure was as fancy, as was the character). Also, an "1859" Sharps would be an early model rifle using paper-cartridges, but screenplay included metallic-centerfire cartridges. May as well call it an assault weapon? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 144.183.224.2 (talk) 21:52, 18 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Gange or gauge?[edit]

Narrow-gauge railway cars is the usual item, but in this article, in the production section it's got "narrow-gange". Googling this produces a mixture of finds which make narrow-gange appear to be a typo. Okay to change it? Manytexts (talk) 09:27, 3 November 2016 (UTC)[reply]
