Confusion and contradiction[edit]

I don't know if this building is notable enough to have a page at all, but if it is, this page needs to be sorted. For example:

- Mary Marshall apparently owned the building until 1914, despite having died in 1877

- Ralph Meldrim was the proprietor in 1857 - not if Mary Marshall was the proprietor as earlier stated

- Joel Chandler Harris was a resident "later" than 1914 - but he died in 1908 (unless the building is haunted by his ghost?)
