Travis Left[edit]

I just entered a line at the end of the biography section stating that Travis Richter left, and that Ryan Devlin will be filling in for the upcoming tour. I referenced the website posted by THA in their official facebook page, but a press release or something like that would be much better reference, I think. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.164.169.46 (talk) 03:38, 25 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Genre...[edit]

Well I have added the metalcore and prog metal as their genres. It might be incorrect to describe them. What do you guys think?

I don't know much about genres, but I do know for sure that they are Metalcore. Their music is more technical than most metalcore bands, though. But I don't think that qualifies them as "progressive". ~Random passerby

You're right. Being more techy makes them mathcore. I'm glad that somebody put that on there.

I don't think they should be classified as metalcore, but that's probably because I very much dislike metalcore as a classification (I think THA are too talented to associate with such a bland genre). I'd call them either mathcore or progressive. 12.215.180.66 02:48, 4 March 2007 (UTC)SenoritaDiabla[reply]

I think that the genre of mathcore is good enough, because they fit the description of mathcore much more than progressive Zanders5k 19:13, 3 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The new cd is more like progressive alternative / prog rock though than either metalcore or mathcore...HEH! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.118.165.224 (talk) 01:58, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Genre: Progressive metalcore or technical metalcore (mathcore).

I think this article should be labelled[edit]

as an advertisement. It's not written neutrally, and I've seen articles like this one tagged with "advertising". I just don't know how to do it. HarukaHavok (talk) 21:41, 31 December 2007 (UTC) —Preceding unsigned comment added by HarukaHavok (talkcontribs) 00:00, 28 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed. However, the article still needs a little work, especially with the citations (or lack thereof). I have left {{fact}} tags where citations should be placed, for now. --...Wikiwøw. 21:56, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Band Members[edit]

Could we have a section for current members and former members? Because I have no idea who's doing what now... 68.2.87.176 (talk) 21:01, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Nordeen[edit]

It might be a good idea to mention Nordeen at least once before mentioning how he was replaced... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.252.238.253 (talk) 23:30, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

My thoughts exactly, I was reading this article and I was like who the fuck is Nordeen and why did he leave? LOL Why is this part right after the part about AJ leaving but no mention of Mike leaving as well? It's just written very poorly.

On a side note, what I REALLY DON'T GET IS THIS - and if someone could explain it to me, I'd be grateful..

AJ Left the band because he didn't want to play metal anymore, and the rest of the band said they didn't want to change their style because of the fans...YET THEY DID EXACTLY THAT! Midhaven is a complete change from Nocturne and they did in fact stop playing metal, the new CD is more like progressive alternative.

So what's the deal here anyone?

I don't know how to sign my name or w/e but I'm nick at srgnet dot org and its 10/1/2008

Bias[edit]

"The band played a few of their new songs to the Take Action Tour crowd culminating in an instant acceptance, the performance is still there, and so is the vivid, fast, technical, melodic music, breakdowns, and now more fluent keyboards and excellent clean vocals and vocal patterns."

That sounds very biased, as if it were written by a fan merely complimenting them.

I deleted it, as I didn't see how it even really helped the article.
