Wow - serious reference, citation, and neutrality problems with this article. I propose we edit most of the text negatively describing informal hearings, as well as the rantings on the character & fitness process, unless someone can provide a cite. "The Florida Bar" not "Florida Bar"[edit]

Please do not (re)redirect this page to the "Florida Bar" page. The name of the organization is "The Florida Bar," not the "Florida Bar." The Supreme Court of Florida, pursuant to its rulemaking authority, established "The Florida Bar" -- not "the Florida Bar" -- as an official arm of the court.[1] Jhw57 (talk) 17:50, 30 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
