Madness In The White City[edit]

Shouldn't some mention of the 45 minute 2007 National Geographic special adapted from this book entitled "Madness In The White City" be mentioned under Film (and TV) Adaptations? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 198.212.141.160 (talk) 01:00, 12 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, someone, specifically some editor who knows ... well, something beyond what this IP user has revealed, including a WP:RS, described adequately for users to access it for authentication in place of ‘Net rumor.

Thank you for mentioning this; I added a line about it under Adaptations with an article from the Chicago Tribune as a source. Lathe Foundation (talk) 00:40, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Mention critiques about historical accuracy?[edit]

Should the critiques about the historical accuracy of the text be mentioned? At least two history professors I have found noted some of the embellishments in the text shortly after it was published. — Preceding unsigned comment added by CSU ENG PROF (talkcontribs) 21:11, 14 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

I think this is a good idea. I think it could warrant its own section depending on how much is written about it. Otherwise it could go in the Reception section, which could use some more structure anyway. If you have some reliable sources to share please do.
