Mississippi[edit]

@Billcasey905: The media guide says Mississippi, but Ole Miss was in the SoCon, not the SIAA, and Ole Miss's media guide doesn't have it. I'm thinking it means Mississippi College. Their media guide doesn't have Citadel either, but it's missing several games unlike Ole Miss's, and they had pretty good records in those years in which they'd be in the tournament. Wish I had a source for the SIAA tournaments. Louisiana Tech claims titles in 1927 and 1928, yet their own media guide shows they didn't win the tournament! You know The Citadel won in '27. Cake (talk) 01:07, 20 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
