New Twist[edit]

Comparing to the respective page on Vietnamese Wikipedia, and notes on the table presented here, a new twist, which is the combination of "Marked as Elimination" and "Money relinquishing" has been introduced. Here's the summary. Please read the rule of original non-elimination leg for further understanding

If the team arrived in the non-elimination legs with new twist as the penalty (for example, leg 1), team will be marked similar to "Mark as elimination". Instead of the penalty of 30 minutes before checking in, the penalty under the new twist would be that, if team did not place first in the next leg (after the non-elimination leg; under the same example, leg 2), team will be forced to relinquish all their money (only, but in the show does not present that team has to give up right away), and will not be provided with the money at the start of the following leg (same example, leg 3), which is the leg after the leg team are required to place first to avoid penalty.
