I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. The Age of Innocence (film) → The Age of Innocence (1993 film) – Should be disambiguated by year. In fact, even when the 1993 film is more popular than the 1934 film, I am skeptical about it as currently "The Age of Innocence (film)". George Ho (talk) 23:45, 17 February 2013 (UTC)
