Characterization of Thai-311 co-pilot statements and actions[edit]

Statements in the article about "the first officer's lack of initiative and inconclusive answers to the captain's questions" would benefit from references. The in the current edit, these conclusions seem to go beyond the the official Napalese report. Absent supporting evidence, some readers could interpret these comments as speculative.

In contrast, the Mayday episode does not emphasize the quoted statement, but allows only that the captain was overwhelmed, and that flight could have benefited from greater task delegation in the cockpit. — Preceding unsigned comment added by LoadingDose (talk • contribs) 19:54, 10 February 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Actual final report[edit]

I'm trying to find a copy of the official accident report so that way the article can have more citations for verification, but I can't find one. There is no ebook preview on google books. Tigerdude9 (talk) 13:20, 28 May 2019 (UTC)[reply]
