Misuse of db-G6 template, second move counter RM[edit]
Unfortunately this has to be documented. A db-G6 was placed on this article contrary to 07 August 2011 geo class RM result at Talk:Cần Thơ:

This was reverted by db-G6 admin

And then moved a second time by the same User who placed the first db-G6 contrary to Talk:Cần Thơ RM:

WP:BRD does not apply to "boldly" reverting an admin's refusal of a db-G6, and "WP:VIETCON" is a draft which currently reflects 23 to 16 (or 10) majority for use of Vietnamese names in recent WP VN RfC. In ictu oculi (talk) 00:35, 13 December 2012 (UTC)

- Kauffner, thank you for acknowledging your move. If so that is because 1 User, yourself, has moved 800x geo articles counter VN geo RMs and RfC and then locked the redirects to prevent revert.
