"Supreme Court Case"[edit]

Is this "an ongoing Supreme Court case?" There is a petition for a writ of certiorari, but it's not a Supreme Court case until certiorari has been granted. Daniel J. Hakimi (talk) 23:48, 8 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

This case hasn't been taken up by SCOTUS yet as far as I know. I'm not sure a standalone article should exist for this case because it is so early, and can already be covered at Post-election lawsuits related to the 2020 United States presidential election.
