Pet sauce???? Metalcore??

This needs to be changed. Terror plays straight-up hardcore; they are definitely NOT a metalcore band.

So, terror is a moshcore band. Moshcore is what today we call HARDCORE. No such thing as oldskool metalcore exists, there's moshccore, crossover, thrashcore and hell knows what else, but that aint metalcore, metalcore is As I Lay Dying and I Killed The Prom Queen. Cuz it has METAL in it. The other newer styles are just "veryhardcore". Terror is moshcore. They are moshtastic.

Terror is a Metalcore band because it plays a Hardcore/Metal hybrid. Even they recognize a lot of Metal bands as influence. As a matter of fact, Terror sounds closer to a Metal band than to the 80s Hardcore bands.--Rivet138 (talk) 16:17, 3 March 2012 (UTC)

No, Metal gets heavier not Hardcore. Terror, however, isn’t heavier either than the extreme Metal bands of the 80s. You are confusing Metalcore with Melodic Metalcore, at least in the sense that Wikipedia categorizes both genres.--Rivet138 (talk) 21:01, 3 September 2012 (UTC)

Sorry pal, you might want to forget the past but the past won’t forget you. The new “Hardcore” bands got heavier, and by the way slower, because they have massively incorporated a Metal sound, thus they play Metalcore. What’s up with the intolerance towards good old Metal?

Terror are "Metallic Hardcore" (later Agnostic Front, Earth Crisis, Integrity etc.) not Metalcore (Killswitch Engage, Shadows Fall, All That Remains etc.). One being Hardcore with Metal influences, the other being Metal with Hardcore influences. Which of those two lists of bands do Terror sound like? JanderVK (talk) 05:40, 27 May 2017 (UTC)

Notability

Just because Terror doesn't have singles that are played on top 40 radio or have platinum selling records doesn't mean that they are not notable. For evidence of notibility I offer the fact that they have toured multiple continents multiple times (most recent tour had them doing shows in Europe), have an album that charted on the Billboard's Top Heatseakers chart (peaked at #10) and Top Independent Albums chart (peaked at #19), interviews in both print and online publications (1, 2), and their album "Lowest of the Low" sold 20,000 copies on the Bridge9 label. Per the notability page they qualify under numbers 2 (due to having an album chart on both the Top Heatseeker and Top Independent Album charts), and 5 (they have released 2 albums on Trustkill Records, distributed by Fontana Distribution, part of the Universal Music Group; Trustkill has been operating for over a decade and in the last 12-18 months alone have had 5 albums that entered the Billboard charts, 3 of which hit the top 200).
