Problems[edit]

Rife with redlinks and seemingly out of order paragraphs, this articel is easily seen taking sides and making judgements. Also, as previously mentioned, there are no references. 68.39.174.238 10:41, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Major work needed[edit]

Just at a glance there are problems with this article, which is a shame since a fundamental principle in IL. I'm seeing misstatements myself. Needs lots of work. I've added this article to the International Law WP and will list it under cleanup in that WP's task list. IMHO (talk) 19:41, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
