When making a request for more information, kindly try to enumerate what information is being requested. I will try to start by doing a clean-up of what is there and then check back in a week or so for what else is required.

A suggested correction:

 1. Arbor BP is now known as Kenan BP.

Also some key products to include

 1. You have left out HighDeal's Transactive product which is a market leader at the moment
 2. You have left out MetraTech's MetraNet product which is dominates in new markets
