This page is not unambiguously promotional, because there is no promotional factor within the article but only factual information. Please do let me know which part of the article can be the reason of deletion then I will edit it in due course. Sorry but this is the first time to edit Wikipedia and it will be great if you could kindly let me know.

Response to contestion[edit]

Admin and other editors,

Article has been speedy deleted once before in which the author made attempts to remove speedy delete tags and otherwise impede the process. I am no expert in sockpuppetry, but it seems to be a case of that here. Imho, this author in no way should be considered to be acting in good faith, has a clear, close connection (if not autobiographical). Very promotional and probably nn, on most measures.

This article should not be speedy deleted because...[edit]

I honestly don't see any promotional text on this page. The information written is mere fact.
