Removed section from article[edit]

TOP(Teens of Pitman) is a group of teenagers in Pitman, New Jersey that are trying to start a recreation center for the teens of the small town in New Jersey.

23 children arrested-TOP was started when 23 children in Pitman were arrested for loitering behind the Venice pizzeria.

The Gathering -Three young women called for the start of a group of teens that want to start a recreation for teens that are not involved in other activities, such as sports or a summer job.

The Petition-In response to the apprehension of the 23 loitering children, the three young women started a petition for a recreation center.

Council Meeting -In response to the gathering of teens and the petition, the Council of Pitman decided to let the three young women present their plan for a recreation center and the new formation of the group(TOP).
