Link to Pan Arab Games[edit]

I have reinstated the redlink to the Athletics at the 1999 Pan Arab Games on the basis it is a viable target and part of of pre-existing series (e.g.). I am already in the process of creating articles for the Arab Athletics Championships and this article is among my next targets. SFB 20:34, 4 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
