@Lugnuts: Do you know anything else about her? People whose only known connection with Devon is that they were born or died there aren't within the current stated scope of WikiProject Devon. As you know, a WikiProject is an internal organisational thing aimed at editors interested in a particular topic area: if there's nothing significant that can be said about that topic in an article, then it doesn't belong in the project.
