Production section issues[edit]

This section at least two issues. One, it lacks any citations to back up the claims as to why the Pentagon did and didn't pull support for the show. It also contradicts itself as to whether the program was filmed on an U.S. aircraft carrier or not. It needs to be determined what the real truth (or at least what reliable sources say) then the whole section rewritten to reflect this. --67.101.218.25 (talk) 00:07, 30 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Issue solved[edit]

Issue solved. I found this article by the LA Times that clarifies both these issues. 1) The pentagon pulled their support because the show was suppose to be about the lives of US Navy personel and not the action thriller it turned into. 2) It was filmed about the Kennedy and the naval facilities of Va., Florida and Long Beach, California.
