Disagree with User:Gothicfilm's decision to break this out as a separate article[edit]
If you try actually reading a few interviews with Disney or Pixar story artists about what they do, it's clear that "story artist" is simply the job title that Disney uses for storyboard artists. The Walt Disney Company is notorious in the entertainment industry for its habit of using weird job titles. They use the term "look development artist" for what everyone else calls texture artists.
