[Untitled][edit]

As of the present time, the names presented in the final paragraph does not match the list of "Current Sterling Professors"; Benoit Mandelbrot, for example, appears in the former but not in the latter.-Ashley Pomeroy 15:06, 17 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

It says "Traditionally, there are only 27 at any one time, though there are currently 39". And yet, the list shows 47. What's going on? And, Ashley, I would agree with you but Mr Mandelbrot just died... I mourn him. Arisa sama (talk) 16:19, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Table of Sterling Professors[edit]

I've attempted to catalog all past and present Sterling Professors and entable them. This also improve the referencing issues with the article. A small number of deceased professors may be missing, and I am still looking for authoritative references for several. I could also use help elaborating on "notability" for many entries.
