Abrogation of article 370[edit]
Added: With the abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian constitution, the flag no longer retains its official status.Now Jammu and Kashmir's official flag is Flag of India only like the other states.[1] Avikram (talk) 11:09, 5 August 2019 (UTC)

This flag is no more the flag of jammu and kashmir. Jammu and kashmir is an integral part of india and is now a union territory with legislature. The flag , emblem and national anthem of the republic of INDIA shall be followed from now on till the day earth stands still. It also includes Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and land gifted to china by pakistan. The china occupied kashmir so called as aksai chin is also a part of ladakh and is integral part of India. 27.5.4.200 (talk) 17:49, 6 August 2019 (UTC)
Already done This is already noted in the article, where it states "Following the abrogation of Article 370 of the Indian constitution on 5 August 2019, the flag will lose its official status once the current state is re-constituted into two union territories".
