Added back deleted external link to the National Register - let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater. I added back the other external link to the Methodist Church site - if you would actually check the link you would see that it's an excellent comprehensive history of the settlement of Starrsville. The fact that it's on a church site does not make it irrelevant any more than if it were on another community site such as a civic association or school. I added the Historic District section which accomodates the deleted NRHP Infobox. For smaller settlements in Georgia and for neighborhoods of Atlanta, where the historic district is named after the town/neighborhood, we've consolidated the separate historic district articles into the articles for the town or neighborhood. For example, the Atkins Park historic district is described in the article for Atkins Park.~

Nyttend is right that this is an unincorporated community - but in reality what is more important that this is a settlement which has been subsumed into the exurban area of Covington and metro Atlanta. It's one of those old settlements which is still on the map, but no one really refers to anymore in the local area. I will try to find documentation on that in order to include that remark, but it is difficult to find.Keizers (talk) 19:18, 17 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
