penzance?[edit]

The article's lead sentence says the line runs from St. Erth to St. Ives, but the table of stations says it runs from Penzance to St. Ives. One is correct for the physical branch, the other for train services. Is there a policy for this sort of thing for branch lines? I'm going to make them consistent by deleting Penzance from the table, but would have no objection of someone added it back and adjusted the wording of the lead, if that was felt better. 207.176.159.90 07:47, 22 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Signalling[edit]

This article used to have some interesting information in it on the unusual way the line was signalled. What happened to it? The article history makes no mention of it suggesting that the history itself has been edited (a not unknown occurence). The info was definitely there a few months ago. Logical Sequence[edit]

I think the introduction needs to be made more helpful for the general reader; the article is fine for the railway enthusiast, but everyone else will want something up front -- before the enthusiasts' detailed stuff. I'll add this if no-one has any comments.Afterbrunel (talk) 13:10, 29 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

A lead section should reflect and sumarise the contents of the article, but feel free to revise it. Geof Sheppard (talk) 12:46, 2 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
