The sentence which says "It is a circular domed building, with the altar in the centre of the church, making it compliant with the decrees of the Second Vatican Council." is perplexingly vague and ambiguous. Taken literally, it would suggest that Vatican II decreed that churches must be round and domed with an altar in the middle, but that is plainly absurd. No specific document of the council is mentioned, and I doubt that a relevant decree exists. I will leave the text as is for now, in the hope that the original author will clarify their meaning and reference a suitable source, but if that is not done after a reasonable time I may just delete the sentence altogether 92.7.62.35 (talk) 18:58, 22 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for seeking consensus by asking here beforehand, it is genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, I was the one who originally wrote that. It was a long time ago, one of my first efforts on Wikipedia, and that sentence isn't just plainly absurd, it's a stinker. Please feel free to delete it and improve the article. Thanks again, happy editing, Cardofk (talk) 21:07, 22 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
