I am not sure why this article should exist - but since it does should it not discuss something other than the football team as high school football has little importance in the world.

Agreed- sections on other student successes could be included. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.17.246.105 (talk) 00:08, 27 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Your own personal beliefs on High School Football should not have any impact on the content of this page. All of the athletic achievements of those young men and women who choose to represent Somers High School should be celebrated. Being a student/athlete is a privilege and an honor and should be held in high regard. I do however believe the lack of any education information makes the school look a little to sports focused. Please feel free to add to the page any important statistical information you find relevant.Bgcollins (talk) 19:29, 5 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I would have to agree with original poster and urge that the athletics section be skimmed down as there are universities that have less information about their sports programs. Having gone to SHS 5 years ago I cant think of much to add to this article - what is done at this school that is noteworthy and sets it apart from any other HS? --TimDoster (talk) 00:01, 15 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Im not sure if you we should be mentioning students in this page unless they have had some notable accomplishmnet - like a national or statewide award - simply being on a sports is not enough - any opinions on this? --TimDoster (talk) 23:25, 1 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Are they rebuilding/renovating the old campus?? 99.27.108.59 (talk) 01:28, 31 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
