Why isn't this title in capital letters?[edit]

Tried to move the article - but it does not recognize caps and says article already created with that name. This was my fault, should have been in caps. I'll see if I can track down an admin to assist with this.Thompsma (talk) 18:49, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
