Contested deletion[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (This is the leading academic society in the United Kingdom for a significant field of study. The British Academy lists the Society for the Study of Theology as one of the UK's subject associations and learned societies in the humanities and social sciences. Almost all the Society's presidents, moreover, have their own Wikipedia pages.) --Theology1234 (talk) 17:29, 2 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
