Status transformation[edit]

I wonder if this article shouldn't be renamed to status transformation? --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| talk 23:48, 21 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The work I do uses this term to describe something VERY different...a radical change in a culture such as the U.S. attitude toward driving under the influence of alcohol due to MAAD. To my knowledge this is the more widely accepted definition. I agree the term should be changed...or at least add other definitions, examples and references. So the term "Social transformation" is ambiguous, and this article disambiguates the term as a WP:Broad-concept article:
