Skreen[edit]
I was just checking that 'An Scrín' is the correct name in the Irish for Skryne/Skreen as I always knew it as Scrín Cholm Chille. Sure enough, over on Logainm.ie (the Placenames Commission) it is now An Scrín. However, over on the same site they have the English form as Skreen. To be honest I would spell it Skreen as well so this article needs some sort of redirect, at least, so that when you google Skreen Meath you'll come here. I'm just going to try and upload a slew of photos I took there yesterday evening but if somebody gets the place on an evening with the sun coming down feel free to replace these ones.
