I met Warren Conditi online over a year ago as part of my Megadeth tribute album and I'm glad to see that there is finally a factually accurate description of this great album, because most band histories I've seen online of the band leave him out, or downplay his role in the band. I'm also happy to add that he and I have kept in contact often and that he is not only a fantastic musician, but also a great human. -- adrian ramirez

I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
