SiriusXM CanadaSirius XM Canada – Per and for consistency with the completed move discussion of controlling parent company Sirius XM in which editor Old Naval Rooftops did not feel that the proposed camel case of "SiriusXM" was necessary and because reliable, independent sources seem to favour non-camel case, to which I supported in that discussion. • Speedy move. There's no reason for this one to have a separate discussion. O.N.R. (talk) 21:05, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Old Naval Rooftops, Thanks. I wondered if this would be a non-controversial move, but I don't have page mover privileges to effect the change boldly. Glad to hear that the addition of a single space for consistency is non-controversial, though. Doug Mehus T·C 21:25, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose - SiriusXM Canada is the name it operates under in Canada, not Sirius XM Canada. The owning company however is Sirius XM Canada Holdings. So unfortunately the space in it is wrong for Canada. Canterbury Tail talk 22:40, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Canterbury Tail, We generally go by WP:COMMONNAME, though, and the press coverage favours or slightly favours not having camel case here. The company name can still say "SiriusXM Canada Inc." in the Lede, if that's the correct legal name, but common name is "Sirius XM Canada." Doug Mehus T·C 22:52, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  • Comment, with friendly pings to the current participants Old Naval Rooftops and Canterbury Tail, even the legal corporate name is Sirius XM Canada Inc.[1]. So, both official name and common name prefer no camel case here. Doug Mehus T·C 23:09, 12 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
