Writing corrections[edit]

In the "Hero street" section there was some repeated content that I deleted and also a lot of specific information about the veterans from the street. I am not sure if these biographies are necessary. Population error[edit]

With this edit, about 55 weeks ago, Silvis was proclaimed to have crossed the 10,000 "marker". However, I don't see any evidence of that. The US Census Bureau says that the population of Silvis in 2010 was 7,479[1]. I'll be correcting this now. HuskyHuskie (talk) 01:25, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I also corrected the 2000 population, per the same Census Bureau webpage. Furthermore, I deleted the table's ostensible 1990 population, as it was unsourced and highly unlikely, in light of the other years' populations. HuskyHuskie (talk) 01:31, 1 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
