1. Well-written:
	1a. the prose is clear, concise, and understandable to an appropriately broad audience; spelling and grammar are correct.	See issues below.
	1b. it complies with the Manual of Style guidelines for lead sections, layout, words to watch, fiction, and list incorporation.	Lists and sections are not supposed to be empty, of course, and there are many examples of this. The sections "Coaching staff", "Players", and "Records" are all mostly or entirely empty and some are orange-tagged as a result. There are two empty lists each in the "Players" and "Records" sections, and the "Coaching staff" section gives very little information. I am also not convinced of the need for results tables for tournaments such as the World Cup, Olympics, and African Games given Sierra Leone has never qualified for any of them. The lead section could also be expanded by a few more sentences at least.
2. Verifiable with no original research:
	2a. it contains a list of all references (sources of information), presented in accordance with the layout style guideline.	A few problems here: Ref 4 gives no information, Refs 8, 9, 19, 20, 22, 29, 33, 34, 35, 37, and 39 don't work, and Ref 25 just goes to the home page of what appears to be a blog site.
	2b. reliable sources are cited inline. All content that could reasonably be challenged, except for plot summaries and that which summarizes cited content elsewhere in the article, must be cited no later than the end of the paragraph (or line if the content is not in prose).	"Flickr" shows up as not being the most reliable source. If there's a more reliable source that shows these pictures that would be preferred.
	2c. it contains no original research.	"Competitive record" has no citations.
	2d. it contains no copyright violations or plagiarism.
3. Broad in its coverage:
	3a. it addresses the main aspects of the topic.	The vast majority of the prose is reserved for the background of the state of football in the country or the national youth teams, but there's not a ton on the senior national team itself.
	3b. it stays focused on the topic without going into unnecessary detail (see summary style).
	4. Neutral: it represents viewpoints fairly and without editorial bias, giving due weight to each.
	5. Stable: it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute.
6. Illustrated, if possible, by media such as images, video, or audio:
	6a. media are tagged with their copyright statuses, and valid non-free use rationales are provided for non-free content.	No images.
	6b. media are relevant to the topic, and have suitable captions.	No images.

Lead

• The article is orange-tagged as a whole, which could qualify for a quickfail but I will do the full review anyways in hopes that it can be salvaged.
• "which is part of the Confederation of African Football" → give "CAF" abbreviation here since it's used later in the article
• "only four FIFA recognised matches" → link FIFA and hyphenate "FIFA-recognised"

History

• "In 1985, almost no country in the world had a women's national football team" → "In 1985, few countries had a women's national football team"
• "In a game in Nigeria on 6 November 1994, Sierra Leone women's national football team lost 0–9 to Nigeria after being down 0–6 at the half" → very repetitive. Need to find a way to avoid mentioning Nigeria twice and there isn't a need to give the full name "Sierra Leone women's national football team" since that's a given
• "In a game in Freetown on 20 November 1994, Sierra Leone women's national football team lost 0–2 to Nigeria after being down 0–2 at the half" → same problem as before. Also link Freetown.
• "and did not participate in the 2011 All Africa Games" → add bolded words

• "Anna Williams (????–)" → this gives very little information; her name is in the table above, the date she took the position is not given, and her predecessors are also not listed.

Players

• "The following players were named on 10 October 2021 for the 2022 Africa Women Cup of Nations qualification tournament. Caps and goals accurate up to and including 30 October 2021" → not true, there are no players or stats listed at all.

Records

• "Active players in bold, statistics correct as of 2020" → why put this if there's no information at all? Also, remove the bold from the "as of [year]" section, that is unneeded

Competitive record

• The "total" row of the "WAFU Women's Cup record" table doesn't make much sense; I suspect it was copy-pasted from another country's page as 3≠0, 0≠3, and 1≠17.

Overall review conclusion

WP:GAR states that An individual assessment may be closed after seven days of no activity. As there has been no activity on the review for seven days, I am closing the review. My conclusion is that the article fails GA criteria 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 2c, and 3a at least, and therefore will be delisted.
