How were they used[edit]
Something I read about careful preparation of the terminal wires suggested that wires are dipped anew into the mercury each time a measurement is taken. - Or were tubes sealed with solid terminals ever/often used ? - Rod57 (talk) 13:58, 27 August 2015 (UTC)
