article title[edit]

the title of this article is very unusual to me, surely it would make sense to have the article be titled 'siegfried of anhalt' or 'siegfried von anhalt' like the dutch page does? Sovietblobfish (talk) 20:41, 9 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
