Laundry list of leaders who condemned the shooting[edit]

Is there a protocol for condensing this to make it more encyclopedic? I don't think the reader needs to know each and every head of government who thinks that heads of government shouldn't be shot at. Having a list also creates a completionist look that will have editors searching to find the reaction of the President of Palau instead of information about the event and the perpetrator.
