Shirole removal - it is unsourced

I went through the history of this article and the Shirole name was first added here by an ip in 2016 without any sources. Please see this edit. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shivajinagar,_Pune&diff=735275512&oldid=735274233 Honestly, I do not know if this assertion is true or not. The following addition by Jonathansammy https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shivajinagar,_Pune&diff=822520513&oldid=822510773 covers the paper technology part but not the content that was already unsourced.

(BTW, Jonathansammy, the URL http://124.108.19.235:12000/jspui/bitstream/123456789/12549/1/Vol01_2_7_SAKGhori.pdf points to a hard-coded IP address- it is not working for me here from the US. We should probably use http://www.insa.nic.in/writereaddata/UpLoadedFiles/IJHS/Vol01_2_7_SAKGhori.pdf. Just a suggestion.)

I am removing the Shirole part - it might be true but it is not sourced.
