I submitted some changes to the ShipWorks page earlier today and only about half of them are "sticking". Some of the content on the page is currently inaccurate and I'm trying to update it. When I make the changes, all of them appear to save. However, when I visit the page hours later only about half of the changes are there and the rest of the content is back to the original, incorrect content. How do I fix this?

Thank you for your help! Jessica at ShipWorks (talk) 22:01, 18 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Jessica at ShipWorks, it appears fellow editors may have removed some of the content as it appeared overly promotional. This is a normal part of the editing process and if you have a content dispute you should engage in discussion on this talk page to form a consensus with the editors. Being that you are connected to the subject of the article, you must be especially careful not to introduce material that may be perceived as puffery or an advertisement. Please check the article history to confirm this is the case. If this is not the case, you may be seeing stale data presented to you by a corporate caching proxy if you are behind one on your network. If there is not such a device on your network, please see: WP:REFRESH for details on how to clear the local cache of your Web browser, and, if the issue still persists, feel free to post to my talk page and we'll see if we can't get you sorted out. dsprc [talk] 23:07, 18 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
