Shepherd Hill Tested meets notability per WP:NRODEO
The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association holds its finals, the National Finals Rodeo at the end of every year and elects a Bucking Bull of the Year. This bull is an elite animal athlete, the cream of the crop. Only the best bulls make this championship.
