"(for what it's worth, the person who was threatening to sue is right: this article is a wreck. this is a touchy subject and this part of the world has caused tons of problems on here so it's disappointing to note that this article has mostly been left to exist in a really low-quality state)"

I agree with this observation and accordingly have added the maintenance tags. The Article appears to have been written from the point of view of the Government. Please do not remove the tags without fixing these problems.--DBig Xrayᗙ 19:05, 2 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
