Resistance to active probing[edit]

The developers of Outline VPN which uses shadowsocks-libev under the hood, state that as of 2021 their configuration of Outline VPN (or rather just plain shadowsocks-libev configuration with strong parameters) is resistant to active probing. This article states otherwise.
