Separase during Anaphase, not Metaphase[edit]

Please see this paper which says, " Anaphase is triggered when separase cleaves the Scc1 subunit of cohesin at two specific recognition sequences." It seems that genetics textbooks are actually incorrect. 134.241.58.181 (talk) 20:47, 4 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]
