I created this article, since this is the first Philippine jurisprudence, since 1901, June 12, which annulled an entire Province, despite the huge amount spent for referendum. Image, template -Kennedy v. Louisiana[edit]

I added this simple template, since I do not know how to make the very beautiful template of USA decisions. Note that this Sema v. Comelec is the only and first Wikipedia Philippine decision article. So, like in the USA Wiki decision articles like Kennedy v. Louisiana, we must have a template as User:Anyo Niminus made for others. Subic rape case, is not a decision but just another article. I also added the image but small, since, I just copied the USA format and I used the same image already displayed in Supreme Court of the Philippines. Please make a better one like Kennedy or Baze v. Image copyright problem with Image:Supremes.png[edit]

The image Image:Supremes.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here.
