Requesting move[edit]

{{editprotected}}

I only created this article at Sedo.com because Sedo is currently create-protected. Please move this article to that page (and unprotect that page), thanks. Gary King (talk) 06:22, 1 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Misused ref tags; References section broken[edit]

There are a bunch of broken refs on this page. Someone who knows what they're doing please help clean up? Steevven1 (Talk) (Contribs) (Gallery)

Actual headquarters[edit]

Is it in the United States as a LLC, in the German Republic as a GMBH? The page also lists London as a "headquarters." So which is it? The article also says its 'public under Sedo Holdings AG' where AG ostensibly indicates Germany. -Inowen (nlfte) 02:42, 7 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Too In-depth[edit]

This article knows too much about Sedo. Let me rephrase, this article is put in a way such that it suggests someone who edited this article may be connected with directly. This suspicion is slightly verified by the banner on top saying "A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. This banner has been on for years. I mean, who would know that "Sedo began planning in 2003 to open a subsidiary office in the United States. During this planning phase, Essmann returned to the company with a desire to lead overseas.". I'm unable to edit this due to not having enough experience. So someone fix this! 45.49.100.51 (talk) 01:41, 30 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Business model - cybersquatting?[edit]

Is this company's business model not essentially cybersquatting or domain name front running? If so, shouldn't those at least be in the See Also section? SamuelRiv (talk) 05:52, 29 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

That has been my personal experience with this company. Calvin November t/c on 19:25, 9 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
