The vicarious liability page states that vicarious liability can be distinguished from secondary liability; however, the secondary liability page states that vicarious liability is a sub-category or type of secondary liability. This seems like a discrepancy.

There is no discrepancy, read the two pages again. This one states that vicarious liability is a type of secondary liability. The vicarious liability page similarly states that vicarious liability is a type of secondary liability. Hartboy (talk) 01:30, 16 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
