The Brother Lees, Tony Monopoly, Faith Brown. Names to conjure with. I remember I once worked as a barman at The Sandcastle, Blackpool. I got sacked after about an hour though for blanking Keith Harris.

i think the show was running before 1975 as i was in fiddlygig and we were playing in wall park pontins before 1975 when the show was in a marquee on the sports field, i think the first show in Torbay was 1972 or 1973 - unsigned comment posted on main page.

The BBC broadcast the following shows under the Snowtime Special project, both years recorded in Leysin Switzerland

24 March 1978 (Good Friday) "Snowtime Special", presented by Andy Williams

27 March 1978 (Easter Monday) "Snowtime Special", presented by Petula Clark

18 December 1978 - "Christmas Snowtime Special", Introduced by Demis Roussos, a compilation from the March shows.

9 April 1979 - "Disco in the Snow", Featuring Boney M, the Jacksons, Leo Sayer, Bonnie Tyler, Curtis Mayfield and more.

16 April 1979 (Easter Monday) "ABBA in Switzerland", featuring Kate Bush and Roxy Music (in the UK version)

22 December 1979 "Christmas Snowtime Special", Introduced by Dame Edna Everage, a compilation from the April Shows
