Request for page protection as reddit users are on explicit mission to vandalize page[edit]

A lot of angry Dexter fans on reddit have set it upon themselves to bash Buck, because they are disappointed by the season finale. (1) I get the general sentiment, as I really disliked the finale as well. However, it is important not to make stuff up in an encyclopedia article. According to the cited metacritic source, Seasons 6-8 received generally positive reviews, even if much less positive than Seasons 1-4. The finale received mixed to negative critical reviews, but the phrasing of its reception as universally reviled (drawn solely from two of the most negative reviews) is non-neutral and inaccurate.

Since the redditors are adamant about vandalizing this page, I have to request page protection for a couple weeks. Steeletrap (talk) 16:02, 26 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
