Correct name[edit]

The game's correct name is "Scarabæus"; once updated, there won't be need the "(computer game)" specification, thus "Scarabaeus (computer game)" can became a redirect page 82.226.217.121 (talk) 09:40, 1 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Developer name may be partially incorrect[edit]

"It was written in Hungary by Andromeda Software" in the introductory paragraph may be incorrect; I think the developers were indeed in Hungary--this is mentioned in episode 15 of the podcast "Zapped to the Past" https://zappedtothepast.com/2021/05/24/zapped-to-the-past-episode-15-1985-awards-part-1/ , where they discuss the game--but I don't think it was developed by Andromeda Software themselves--rather, Andromeda may have been an intermediary in getting the game to the UK. From https://www.mobygames.com/company/andromeda-software : "British software company, often acting as a middle-hand between programmers in the east bloc and publishers in the West."

I have not come across a company name for the actual developers; the game lists names of individual programmers in its introductory sequence ( YouTube nDBIEtGbrko @ 2:29 ), along with just "Sultan" for "Graphics." 2603:90D8:800:791F:7D2D:9C0F:484A:83F9 (talk) 23:14, 10 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
