Does anyone know if a biography (or an autobiography) on the 1st Baron Sinha was ever published?

"Orissa" or "Odisha"[edit]

Hi editors, in reference to a question asked on Twitter, I want to check if the historical names like "Orissa" should be preserved or not for these article. Additionally, Orissa in British India was geographically larger than present day Odisha. There should be a separate entry for that.
